AH-J237: Newly Constructed Second-Floor Condo Near Marina, Pets AllowedBook your next getaway at this newly remodeled, second-floor condo, located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. It has an open floor plan, accommodating and intimate for a couple and a fish theme décor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of an overstuffed sofa with a chaise which converts to a sleeper sofa, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a duo Keurig coffee maker for both drip and pods, a pantry, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel while taking in the Bay breeze. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet accessible by both the kitchen and master bathroom. Take in the master suite which has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, accent chair, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom has a large vanity area with a sink and tub/shower. Use the pass-through to access the laundry area. Make use of the complex amenities such as cooling off in the shared pool, relaxing your tired muscles in the hot tub, and grilling up the day's catch on the charcoal grills while eating under the pergola. This property is within close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

The condo is super cute and comfortable. The whole condo was fish themed with quality furnishings. We were very happy with the quality and the price. Finding affordable places to stay that are clean and enjoyable is difficult. This was absolutely the place.

The condo was really nice and decorated so nicely. Great kitchen! Wonderful views of the large ships coming in. Enjoyed the balcony and the quiet well maintained complex. Fantastic pool! The bed was beyond comfortable - we slept like babies.Great hot shower and loved that this condo was pet friendly . So thank you! Also so close to everything in Port A. Highly recommend this place! And the Life in Paradise Company made this trip a breeze! Thank you!

This was our 4th year vacationing in Port Aransas...previous 3 were good.We vacation in May for Belle's b'day & again in last week of August to celebrate when we met.This, by far, was our best stay/vist/vacation/getaway yet!!!The home (AH-J237) was pretty, clean, nice decor & overall very welcoming...setup made us feel like we were in a vacation home...very, very nice.We discussed making this our preferred choice for our next trip in May & again in August.Thank you so much!Jake/Belle Ramirez
