Port View Surprise is a newly built and tastefully furnished 2nd-floor condo located literally a 5-minute walk to the Boat Harbor and Roberts Point Park to fish, dine, and/or watch the ships. Inside you’ll find an open floorplan that’s accommodating, yet intimate with vibrant coastal décor carried throughout. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa (w/Full-size sleeper) and matching armchairs made for relaxing and watching TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and Drip coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table or at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the island breeze. Retreat to the master suite with a King-size bed, nightstands, seating, and a large smart TV (as well as a surprise view of the Ferry Landing and Ship Channel).  The full bathroom includes a new tub/shower and a separate large vanity area with a sink. The utility area has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is very close to the private community pool, hot tub, and grilling area.  You’ll be happy that many of the best shops and restaurants are within a short walking distance, with others only ~ 0.5 miles away.

This is very nice, clean, cozy feel Condo. The rooms are very nicely appointed with a beach feel with the kitchen having all the amenities you'd need. Great stay. Will stay again

Really nice condo and easy walk to restaurants and marina. The condo had high end finishes and was clean, with no musty odors. You could see the ships and ferry boats from the bedroom window which we enjoyed. The pool was nice but had no umbrellas for shade. We did not have a boat but the property had boat parking. Easy check in/out process. We walked to nearby San Juan's for breakfast and Finn's for dinner. The beach was two minutes away by car and IGA less than a minute. We'll definitely stay in this condo and rent a golf cart next trip.

Great place for my weekend get away with the hubby. Lovely unit, well stocked, comfy bed, close to Old Town and all the restaurants and entertainment. Definitely will book again.

Great unit for me & my wife. Good location lots of restaurants nearby. Short drive to the beach by golf cart. Bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. Cute decor.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, the AC worked great and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay in this unit again and would highly recommend this unit for 2 as it was perfect for a couple.

Wow! Perfect for our weekend get away. Very tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the jellyfish decor. Great value with plenty of space. Easy check in. Management company was very pleasant. No issues at all. We'll be back soon.
