AH-A100: Paradise Found: Newly Remodeled, First Floor Condo, Overlooks Shared Pool 
  Book your next vacation at this newly remodeled ground-floor condo. Nautical and beach-inspired décor in shades of blue is carried throughout the home. The open living area is great for gathering on a modern couch with plush pillows, matching accent armchairs, and a TV with cable/Wi-Fi. Step out the sliding glass door to the back patio to sip your morning coffee while enjoying views of the shared pool and hot tub. Back inside, the dining area has a large bar with seating for five to enjoy family meals or a game of cards. Two barstools make up the additional seating at the open bar area. The kitchen has everything needed for your culinary skills from spacious granite countertops, crisp white appliances, a pantry, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, built-in overhead wine glass rack to basic pots pans, and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) is perfect for kids with room for playing games on the floor outfitted with a Twin over Twin bunk bed, a Queen size bed, a nightstand, and a closet. The hall bath is comprised of a vanity and tub/shower. Venture into the master bedroom (BR2) which has an area with a desk and chair, great for checking on work from home or distance learning classes, a King bed, nightstand, closet for your beach attire, chest, and TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of a spacious vanity area separate from the tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board tucked neatly at the end of the hall which also has access to the master bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. Leave your worries behind, come experience island time!

Very nice and comfortable. Our granddaughters loved their room and cooking meals in the kitchen. It was just perfect for all of us.You can't beat the location either.

We love booking our vacation with Life In Paradise. They make reservations easy. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. This particular unit was right by the pool, which made easy access for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The only issues we had was lack of control of the thermostat and flooring that needed to be replaced. These small issues did not keep us from enjoying our stay. We will definitely book with Life In Paradise again.

We really enjoyed Paradise Found. The flooring has a few rough spots. The master mattress should be replaced with a firmer one. It has sagging spots. So glad to have a place with two bathrooms and an extra bedroom. The clock in the living room needs to be replaced. We loved the access to the pool and hot tub. It will be nice that it will be updated for the coming season.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Thanks for having coffee available for our first morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This condo was perfect for us, no stairs and good location. It was the perfect size for snd really close to the pool. We were able to enjoy Sandfest 2021 and relax in this comfy home each night. Thank you Life in Paradise for the early check in and easy check out.

All 3 condos we rented were clean, ready to check-in on-time, and had everything we needed! The pool was also really clean and the grills were a very nice quality. My only suggestion would be an outdoor shower/hose to wash off our beach stuff.
