AH-B106: Family Tide: Completely Remodeled Ground Floor Condo, Overlooking Pool/Hot Tub This ground-floor condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated with an Island Theme throughout. It is open, and spacious and overlooks the shared pool/hot tub. Within walking distance to the Scenic Port A Marina and the Ferry Landing, 0.5 miles to shops, restaurants, and bars, and 1.3 miles to the beach.
The large living room has ample seating for guests with a love seat, a reclining sofa, an oversized reclining chair, TV, Cable, and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area has a table and bench seating for 6. The galley-style kitchen is accommodating for all cooks with new stainless steel appliances, a large fridge with an ice maker, and granite counter space for prepping, furnished with basic pots, pans, and utensils.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio with a view of the shared pool and hot tub. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen, TV, closet, and chest. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstand, TV, and accent chair. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. This unit also has a washer & dryer.

  • Boat parking (first come, first served basis)
  • Sport court with tennis/ pickleball/ basketball court/ corn hole (equipment available for use next to court)

The condo was decorated so pretty. It was cozy and comfy. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We have stayed at Aransas Harbors over the years before the devastating storm. WE loved our condo! It had everything that we needed. It was up to date and modern. The pool and hot tub were great! Most importantly, the staff involved in our stay were awesome, caring, and genuinely concerned and helpful. Look forward to staying with you guys each year when I come back to visit my parents.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Family Tides. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for me to make meals for my family. It was in a great location, near all of the restaurants and shops. Great communication with the host. I would absolutely stay there again.

Staying at this unit was very good. It exceeded our expectations and other than a couple little minor glitches, everything was taken care of very fast. Loved the aspect of contactless check in and check out. Unit was clean and well stocked and a very decent bargain for what was offered.. I will keep life in paradise on the top of my list when looking for future rentals.
