Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This two-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. With marine life decor in shades of blue, the open living room is made up of a couch, loveseat, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with spacious countertops, white cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The master bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, a Twin bed, a closet, a chest, a TV and a sitting area. The en-suite bathroom holds a tiled vanity and a tub/shower unit.  There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. The guest bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a Queen bed, Twin bed, chest, closet and TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a tiled vanity and a shower. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.
