Location, Location, Location!!  Vacation Station is a charming home on a large lot in town, nestled among palm trees. This house boasts ample parking in the front and/or back for four vehicles and a boat (*No garage access to guests*), a detached bottom floor game room and is pet-friendly.  Cook up the day's catch on the dual charcoal, gas grill for an easy dinner. Take advantage of the island breeze under the covered patio with outdoor seating and swing after a day at the beach or shopping. The kids will have plenty of room to play basketball and ride on scooters or skateboards on the front and back driveways or run around the fenced yard with the dog. The detached downstairs game room provides an area away from the elements to play darts or watch TV, as well as a full bathroom containing a stand-alone shower. Venture up the stairs to the heart of the home on the second level. The open concept is ideal for gathering family and friends without missing out on conversations. The kitchen has upgrades such as granite countertops, backsplash, freshly painted cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It is sure to please all chefs equipped with basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils.  Dine at the table with seating for four and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The living room is a great gathering spot to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. The couch converts to a Queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom (BR1) consists of a King size bed, nightstands, closet and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom is comprised of a vanity a stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of 2 Queen beds, a nightstand, a chest for your beach attire and a closet. The hall bathroom contains a vanity and a stand-alone shower. For your use, there is a stackable washer and dryer situated at the end of the hallway. Enjoy the evenings sitting on the second-level screened-in porch with a cold beverage, just off of the living area. Vacation Station is conveniently located just 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife and 0.7 miles to the beach by car or golf cart.
