 Rockin' Pelican is newly remodeled and sits in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Located in town, it is walking distance to the Community Pool (heated during the winter months)  / Park with a playground and dog park , 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife and a quick 1.3 mile drive to the beach.

Rockin' Pelican has a warm and inviting feel as you walk in the door. The comfortable couches and matching arm chair are made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable, one of the couches is also a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped to meet your cooking needs with spacious counter tops, appliances, crisp white cabinets, wood embellishment accent on the walls, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for six. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in glimpses of the ships passing in the channel or gaze at the sunset in the ocean breeze. Seek refuge in the guest room (BR1) made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet and luggage rack. Kids will love sleeping in the second guest room (BR2) on the Twin over Full bunk bed with use of a chest, closet and arm chair. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR3) outfitted with a King bed, closet and nightstands. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a vanity and shower. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use. Take advantage of the seating below under the large covered patio/grilling area for evening meals, visiting and entertaining. The kids have plenty of room to run around the grand back yard.  Ample parking for 3 vehicles and boat/watercraft.
