This newly remodeled second-floor condo has an open concept adorned with beach decor throughout. Entertain or watch a movie in the open living room with a leather sofa and loveseat made for relaxing, TV, cable and Wifi. Adjacent is the dining and kitchen area. Enjoy meals or a game of cards at the large table with seating for four and additional stools for two at the bar. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, small Keurig, basic pots, pans and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen over Queen bunk bed and closet. The guest bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower. The full size washer and dryer are located at the end of the hallway. The large master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed,  nightstands, TV, chest and closet for your beach attire. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower which is separated from the sink and vanity area, great for privacy and/or couples getting ready. The shared pool, hot tub, grills and covered seating area are in the middle of this complex.  Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach.
