A Lil’ Nauti is a charming home on stilts with a 70's inspired retro feel, recently updated with stainless steel appliances, new furniture, flooring, backsplashes and crisp white walls.  Take part in all Port A has to offer on the ever popular 11th St. in this pet friendly home with a private pool & Palapa, located within walking distance to the beach with a boardwalk (0.3 miles to the beach and is also the main entrance area during Sandfest) and a short ride by car or golf cart or bicycle to restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing. 

After returning from a day in the sun and sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower supplied with both hot and cold water.  Your own private pool and outdoor oasis awaits in the front yard. Take pleasure in cooling down with your beverage of choice at the custom table in the pool with capability to attach an umbrella.  Sit under the shade of the newly built Palapa while taking in the Gulf breeze. More outdoor seating is available in the shade underneath the top deck, perfect for enjoying the day's catch cooked on the grill and for ending the day gazing at amazing sunsets and where party lights come on at night. Guests will have access to the downstairs storage area which contains a full size refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Venture upstairs to the balcony with picnic table where you can sip your morning coffee while taking in the morning sunrises. The front entrance opens to the spacious living room giving this home an open, airy feeling with varying color bursts in a nostalgic coastal style theme carried throughout the house. This area is ideal for gathering or watching a movie on TV with cable and Wifi while lounging on the couch (which folds out)  or two accent arm chairs.  The kitchen is sure to meet your culinary needs with up-to-date appliances, spacious counter tops and cabinets, stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. The bar area accommodates four for meals. Down the hall are two bedrooms.  (BR1) is comprised of a Queen bed, nightstands and built in area for your folded and hanging clothes. (BR2) consists of a Queen bed, nightstands, TV and built in area for your beach attire. The shared hall bathroom is furnished with a vanity and corner shower with frosted glass doors.
