5 BR Port Aransas vacation home offers a game room, Wifi, Master Suite with a private bath and balcony and is located in the beautiful Village Walk with two community pools.  Just a four-minute drive to the beach this is a place for the whole family. (No Pets)

 ***NO BOATS OR TRAILERS PERMITTED IN VILLAGE WALK”   No garage access for cars, it is currently being used as a game room***

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance with the rules below:

1) Port A Paradise VW 11 provides 2 paved parking spaces for 2 medium-sized vehicles and/or one six-seat golf cart.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Life in Paradises Vacation Rental. All tags must be returned to Life in Paradise upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 11. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

Sandy Toes is a luxury five-bedroom home with access to two community pools (which are heated during the winter months) that are just steps from the front door. Five Star furnishings, all the comforts of home and a one of a kind game room makes Sandy Toes one of the most sought-after homes in Port Aransas. There is a full outdoor living set in the outdoor entertaining area. Plenty of seating and a full-size BBQ pit make lounging outdoors fun for the whole family. Downstairs offers a Texas-size open living area with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your freshly caught fish and shrimp. This ground floor also offers a half bath and a bunk room (BR1)  containing two sets of twin bunk beds. Now, this brings us to the spacious air-conditioned game room containing a custom Pool Table, Playstation, & foosball,  Venture upstairs where you will find a master bedroom (BR2)  with a king bed, private balcony and a flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms with queen beds (BR3) & (BR4) and flat-screen TVs, as well as another bunk room (BR5)  with two sets of twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV that round out this five-bedroom Vacation Rental Gem.  Two more luxury baths are also located on this floor.
