The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Bron's Beach Shack has an open living area boasting a large couch, two accent armchairs, a rocker, a flat-screen wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. Adjacent is the dining area with a table, accommodating eight guests. Extra seating is available for 3 at the bar. The full, white crisp kitchen features appliances cookware, pantry, Keurig and plenty of counter space for your cooking needs. For your convenience, there is also a  half bath under the stairwell. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (BR1), composed of a Queen size bed, wall-mounted TV,  closet for your beach attire, nightstands and dresser.  The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a vanity and tub/shower combination unit.  The bunk room (BR2) is perfect for kids with a set of Full bunk beds. The guest room (BR3) is comprised of a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV and closet. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and a tile-trimmed stand-up shower. The washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly in the hall closet upstairs. The Commons is approximately four blocks from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Book your stay to come and play.
