This beautifully furnished five-bedroom, three-bath beach house promises easy waterfront living for eleven people. Set in the Royal Sands community, the home offers two shared community pools to swim in until 10pm and direct beach access by a private golf cart-friendly boardwalk. Relax on one of three back decks overlooking the pond and the bay or on the front deck across from one of the community pools. Free, secure, wireless internet is provided as well as YouTube TV. 
The fully stocked open kitchen with a standard coffee maker and stainless appliances is adjacent to the living room with three couches. This will allow families plenty of room to watch TV, movies, and socialize indoors. Guests can also opt to hang out on the second-story patio in Adirondack chairs. Two bedrooms (BR1) & (BR2) with queen size beds and a full bath are also located on the 2nd floor along with a full-sized washer and dryer in the utility room. The master suite (BR3) is located on the 3rd floor with a king bed and features a large bath with tub and shower, walk-in closet, TV and private patio. The bottom floor features the perfect area for others to getaway. It has one queen (BR4) bedroom, 1 full bathroom, shower only, and a cozy living area with a (BR5) full bed and twin bed with pull-out trundle, flat-screen TV, and an outdoor patio with a grill.
Parking is provided for four vehicles in the driveway. 
The home is also equipped with family-friendly amenities, including a highchair.
