Escape to the luxury of Coastal Soul located in Royal Sands. This newly completed home is a getaway you won’t forget! As you enter the house, you are greeted with a soothing color palate, hardwood floors and a lovely view of the private pool. This home is professionally decorated using the finest furnishings.
The first floor sleeps eight with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor master bedroom offers a plush king size bed, flat screen TV with cable and a private in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds that are twin over twin beds with a flat screen TV with cable. The sitting area, also with a flat screen TV with cable, overlooks the private pool. The second bathroom serves the bunkroom, the sitting area and the pool.
The second floor of Coastal Soul offers an open living area to accommodate a large group with plush sofas and chairs, a large flat screen TV with cable and a Sonos sound system. Find additional speakers for the Sonos system on the first floor deck and the upper floor balconies. The dining table easily seats 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, fully stocked and offering top of the line stainless steel appliances. The mixologist in your group will love the separate bar area with an ice maker. If you wish to move things outside, enjoy the two private balconies, both with gulf views. The back balcony has an outdoor gas grill with a prep counter. This main living floor of Coastal Soul sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with plush queen beds and 2 private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable.
The main master suite at Coastal Soul is on the third floor, offering absolute privacy, a plush king size bed, a flat screen TV with cable and a private balcony with gulf view. The luxurious master bathroom has a double vanity, private toilet room, soaker tub and a walk in shower.
This beautiful home is not pet friendly. Any evidence of pets will result in a $500/day penalty charge per the contract.
