This Beautiful Royal Sands home has beach access, 2 neighborhood pools, Gulf views and 2 living areas. The elevator is accessible to all floors. It is activated upon request for handicap purposes only.
The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms (BR1- Queen size bed, BR2- 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds), ADA compliant shower in the bathroom, surround sound wired family/living room with couch, chair with ottoman, TV, plus laundry room with washer/dryer and sink & garage. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The 2nd floor has a main living area with sofa, loveseat, chair with ottoman, TV, dining, kitchen with long breakfast bar with 7 barstools & walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances and dining table with seating for 8.. Beautiful hardwood floors, quartz countertops with 3 bedrooms (BR3- Queen bed, BR4- Queen bed, BR5-2 Twin beds) & a full bath. Step out onto the large outdoor deck for morning coffee and an additional area for gathering and entertaining.
The 3rd floor has Master Suite (BR6) with a King size bed including a separate sitting area, walk-in closet, custom en-suite bath with separate tub and stand-alone shower, kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink and coffee maker. Sip your evening glass of wine on the great outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool with Gulf views.
