Welcome to Casa de Crypto Located on S Eleventh Street, just north of Beach Access 1A.  Casa de Crypto is in a brand-new townhome community called Paradise Palm Villas, Unit #500.  Casa de Crypto offers just what you have dreamed of in a beach vacation townhome, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, elevator, and your own private pool.  Plus, awesome views of the Gulf from the 3rd floor kitchen/living room and covered deck with comfortable seating for those seeking to capture that sunrise over the ocean or the painted colors of sunset on the dunes.  The top floor living and kitchen areas are very comfortable.  The kitchen is equipped with all the extras you can imagine: 5 burner stove, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, a conventional coffee maker, air fryer, toaster oven, 2 fry Daddies, crock pot, waffle maker, carousel rotisserie, 20 cup coffee maker, restaurant grade built-in ice maker, and seating for 12 or more.

Just off the kitchen is main living area.  Featuring a 75’ LG TV, LG Audio Bluetooth system with Sub-woofer…great for those movies on Netflix or Amazon Prime.  Above the TV, is a Robert August autographed, custom hand-painted surfboard painted my Corpus Christi artist, John Olvey.  There is plenty of comfy seating to kick back and let paradise begin to sink in.  Just look out the 5 big portrait windows to watch the swells or calm of the Gulf of Mexico.  There is also a Queen guest room and bath on the 3rd floor with glass shower doors with black fixtures.

As you move to the 2nd floor via the elevator or staircase, you will discover 3 bedrooms:  the master bedroom has a King with a black velvet semi-circle bench at the foot end and super comfortable mattress to offer sweet dreams. There is also a doorway that leads to the second story covered deck that offers seating for coffee, cocktails with views.   The bath has dual vanities, a private bathroom and big master shower with a super friendly black bamboo bench so you can sit and let the soothing shower wash away any stress.   The 2 other guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor each offers a Queen.  The North bedroom is well appointed with 2 nightstands that are also dressers and has a doorway the leads to the second story covered deck with a unique egg chair. The 3rd bedroom is also a Queen with a good-sized room and also appointed with a bench at the foot.  The most special amenity on the 2nd floor is the Coffee Bar.  No need to go to the kitchen for morning coffee, we have a coffee station with a Keurig machine, pods, creamers, and a special micro mini fridge to keep your favorite coffee creamers chilled.

Now to the 1st floor and pool area.   The first floor has one bedroom that is a Queen sofa, so those that like to watch movies or are gamers, can plug in their own PlayStation or Xbox and game away.  There is also the 4th bathroom connected to this room with a pocket door and a door that leads to the pool from the bath.

Finally, most likely you will spend a lot of vacay time at the pool and back yard area.  The pool is 20 feet by 12 feet and is equal in depth with stairs and handle that lead in.  We have provided 4 personal floats, 5 pool noodles, the big round Emoji float, and round Liberty float for your pool time relaxation.  Inside the bench you will find a Giant Jenga game and the 5 pool noodles.  We also have a Corn Hole setup attached to the back fence and the Astro Turf backyard offers no “sticker burrs” and a water sprinkler if the little ones want to run through…just enjoy.  On the East end of the pool is a outdoor sofa and 2 chairs with a propane fire pit and on the West of the pool are 4 Adirondack chairs with cushions and round giant ottoman that all can share.   On the North side of the pool, is a giant round lounger with pillows and a half canopy if you are looking for a bit of shade.  Completing the pool area are 2 chaise loungers for those that want to work on their tan. 

Last but not least is the BBQ area.  This comes with a pub table with 4 seats that is also shaded with a yellow triangle Coolaroo! The grill is an Akorn ceramic egg charcoal BBQ grill, if you have never used this type of grill,  you will love it.   Super-hot or smokey…it can do it all.  Finally, our live plants love to drink, so if you feel the need, the need for speed, then please give them a drink of water, they will continue to show their love back with flowers and greenery.

Casa de Crypto is an excellent consideration for a family beach vacation home.  5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private pool with seating for 18, Gulf views and an elevator to make your vacation perfect in every way.
