Book your stay at this newly remodeled second floor condo. Sip your morning coffee in the sea breeze on the back patio while taking in views of the Gulf. The full kitchen has tile counter tops, bar with two stools, white appliances, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils for preparing meals. Dine at the intimate table with seating for two by the large window. The plush leather couch, chair and ottoman are perfect for relaxing while watching a movie or favorite sports on the TV with cable and Wifi. There are two additional arm chairs for visiting guests. The bedroom is comprised of two Full beds, dresser and closet for your beach attire. The hallway bath contains a vanity and tub/shower.  Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include: TV, wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.
