This ground-floor studio is a great affordable option for a beach vacation for four people. From the front door, you can see billowing clouds and swaying palms to put in you a vacation mood. It is tastefully decorated in soothing shades of the ocean and beach, blue and tan.
The tile surrounded kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stovetop/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to prepare meals (**does NOT have a  dishwasher**). Enjoy a meal or play cards or a board game in the natural light from the large window at the dining table with seating for four. Lounge on the overstuffed sleeper sofa with plush pillows while watching a movie on the TV. The ceiling fan and sleek wood floor keep you cool no matter the weather. Two Full-sized beds accommodate up to four people and are able to watch the TV from bed. Double doors lead to the full bathroom which has a separate tub/shower and stool from the sleek vanity area, so everyone can get ready at once. 
Complex Amenities include: access to shared charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks leading directly to the beach, 2 shared community pools to cool off in after a day at the beach.

*Extra passes are $10 per car per night and you must get with the Island Retreat HOA for those extra passes

*Minimum age to rent is 25 years
