Perfect for your basic vacation!  This is a newly remodeled 1st-floor unit, located near downtown Port Aransas, Palmilla golf course, shopping, beach access, restaurants and nightlife. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a microwave, a regular drip coffee pot, crockpot, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The dining table has seating for four. Lounge in the living area on the modern sectional with chaise (that converts to a sleeper sofa) and accent chair while watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV. The bedroom contains a King bed, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower.
Amenities include: TV, wireless internet, access to shared BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared pools. Parking for 2 vehicles,  strictly enforced
