This is a very nice 4 Bedroom 3 Bath property located 3 blocks from the beach and has a wonderful deck on the 2nd floor facing the beach. This condo is professionally decorated with a coastal theme throughout. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils for preparing meals. Dine at the large table with bench seating. Gather in the downstairs living room on the couch and chair while watching a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wifi. The bottom floor master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, closet, nightstands, chest and TV. The hall bath has a vanity, shower and make-up area. Venture upstairs to the second living room/loft area. The large couch with a lounger is made for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted TV or sit back on the futon or bean bag chair. The first guest bedroom (BR2) has two Twin beds, a closet and a chest with private access to the hall bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer and area for hanging clothes. The third bedroom (BR3) has a King bed, closet and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom (BR4) has a set of Twin bunk beds, a closet and access to the balcony. These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and shower.
