If the existing front shared pool &/or gate is blocked at times for safety reasons, you may use the second shared pool located in the back of this subdivision which will remain open.**

The Tejas Riviera has been recently remodeled, painted and decorated. This home is located in the Royal Sands neighborhood which has 2 shared swimming pools and a boardwalk to the beach. Tejas Riviera offers all of the comforts of home for a perfect beach vacation. Three bedrooms and two baths are on the ground floor, the heart of the home and a master suite sits on the second floor and a covered outdoor Eagle's Nest for taking in views of the Gulf is situated on a third level. 
Kids will love the bunk room (BR1) situated on the bottom floor. There is space to stretch out and play, watch movies on the TV or sleep on one of the three Twin over Full bunk beds.  Just around the corner is a hall bathroom complete with a vanity and shower with a sliding glass door. The next bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, TV and a door to the patio. The third bedroom (BR3) consists of a King bed, nightstands, closet, TV and a door to the patio. These two rooms share a hall bathroom which holds a vanity and a tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind double doors in the hall to use during your stay. The covered back patio provides a place to cook up the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Walk to the end of the back sidewalk and through the gate to cool off in the shared pool.
Venture up to the second floor for all to gather and entertain. The inviting living room is appointed with a leather couch, three matching armchairs, two rockers, and a TV. Prepare freshly cooked meals in the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils and a "Magic Bullet Blender" for preparing those cold smoothies or mixed drinks, after a fun day at the beach. Dine at the table with seating for six and additional four stools at the breakfast bar. A half bath in the hallway serves all on this floor. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR4) which contains a King bed, nightstands, closet, dresser and a desk with a chair. The en-suite bathroom holds a double vanity and a shower. Take your morning coffee or cold beverage out to the second-floor balcony to unwind or walk up the steps to the third-level outdoor Eagle's Nest to take in a view of the Gulf and ocean breeze. We do allow small, well-behaved pets with prior authorization, our home is non-smoking, but you may step outside to smoke provided you take care of the butts and not discard them on the property. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding. Bring your binoculars!
