Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This two-bedroom ground-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a loveseat, couch, matching armchair, a wall-mounted TV and a sliding glass door to the back. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and two additional stools at the breakfast bar.  The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, a Twin bed, a dresser for your beach attire, a closet and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the back patio. The master bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, a dresser, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tiled stand-alone shower. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.
