Lost Shaker of Salt is a coastal beach home that offers plenty of perks. There is parking for 2 vehicles or watercraft under the home and room for 2 more vehicles in the driveway. Also, the HOA provides an overflow parking lot within 50 feet. There is NO parking allowed on the street.
The covered concrete patio area is perfect for entertaining with a shuffleboard court, combo gas/charcoal grill,  large picnic table and outdoor seating. Sip your morning coffee on the large front porch in the ocean breeze or relax in the afternoon shade. Upon entering this home, you are greeted with coastal decor and an open airy feel. The full kitchen is perfect for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, a pantry, spacious countertops and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for six. Unwind a catch your favorite sports team or a movie on the wall-mounted TV while sitting on either of two couches or an accent chair. For your viewing pleasure, this home is equipped with Smart TVs, Cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and Amazon Prime.  The gate to the shared pool is about 100 feet away. You can see the community pool from the bedroom window but are still far enough away that the noise should not be a bother. This home is centrally located to downtown and has a 15-minute walking distance to the beach.
