Shell-abrate Beach Times is a great place to spend your family vacation. This multi-level townhome offers a detached one bedroom one bathroom area downstairs and a three-bedroom three-bathroom area upstairs. It is approximately a 0.5-mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach and 0.8 miles to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Rent one of our golf carts to experience island life like a local. After a day at the beach, come and cool off in the shared pool that is just steps away from this home. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, cook up the day's catch on the gas grill and enjoy it at the picnic table under the covered, shaded area. The downstairs consists of an open living area with a love seat, two armchairs and a wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. There are also two fold-down Twin beds in the living room. Take advantage of the full kitchen with granite countertops, regular coffee maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge to prepare meals then dine at the quaint table for two. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze. The bedroom (BR1) includes a Queen bed, nightstands, wall-mounted TV and closet. The hall bathroom is made up of a large granite vanity and tile-trimmed tub/shower. Venture up the outdoor stairwell to where the heart of the home resides adorned with marine life decor. The inviting and accommodating living room is ideal for gathering on the leather couch, loveseat and armchairs and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. Try out your culinary skills in the roomy kitchen furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pantry, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor the meals at the dining table with seating for eight. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Kids will love sleeping in the bunk room (BR2) outfitted with a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin pull-out trundle, closet and plenty of floor space to play games and watch movies or cartoons on the wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom contains a granite vanity and tile-trimmed tub/shower. The first master bedroom (BR3) is equipped with a King bed, nightstands, closet and wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity and a large tiled shower with a glass door. The second master bedroom (BR4) is supplied with a King bed, nightstands, closet, small chest for your beach attire and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom involves a granite vanity and a large tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in the hall closet.
