Kosta's Kasa is a newly remodeled bottom-floor Townhouse, perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. The shared pool is a short walk around from the front door. When you are tired of swimming, you can sun beside the pool in lounge chairs or cool off in the shaded sitting area. It is approximately a 1/2 mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. Take advantage of our golf cart rentals to experience it all like a local. This property has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining and appointed with wood grain floors and a nautical and seashell-themed decor carried throughout. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches with plush pillows and matching armchairs to gather on and watch movies on the large TV with cable. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a regular coffee maker, granite countertops, stocked cabinets with dishes, basic cookware and utensils for your culinary needs. Dine at the wooden table which accommodates six and additional stools for three at the breakfast bar. The back patio, just off of the kitchen, is a wonderful place to sip your morning coffee, cook up the day's catch on the gas grill, or to sit under the decorative hanging lights after dark and unwind before heading to bed.  Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) which holds a King-size bed, nightstands, chest, closet, TV and floor-to-ceiling windows for ample lighting. The en-suite bathroom is furnished with double vanities and a walk-in tile shower.  The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen-size bed, nightstands, and a closet for your beach attire. The third bedroom (BR3) contains two Twin beds, nightstands, a closet, two large windows for extra lighting and plenty of space for kids to stretch out and play. These two guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a tile shower/tub. For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet between the kitchen and master bedroom to use during your stay. Kosta's Kasa is situated in town, just 0.6 miles to the beach and 0.7 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Slow down and experience Island Time today.
