“Carpe Beachbum” … Seize your inner Beachbum when you book your next trip to Port Aransas. This newly redecorated townhome is sure to please. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s room for the whole family. The shared pool at this complex is amazing, heated, slides, great for all ages. 

On the first floor you will find BR1) a king bed, nightstands with lamps, TV and a closet.  Adjoining the bedroom is BA1) this full bath has double sinks on granite counter tops. The tub/shower combo and toilet are separated by a sliding pocket door for privacy. This bath is shared by BR2) this bedroom is complete with a bunk bed of a twin over full, TV and a closet. There is also a door to access the back fenced patio. Down the hallway in a closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use.
Up the stairs, and to the right is the master BR3) the master bedroom has a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest for your clothing, and a TV. This bedroom also has a small balcony to sit out on and greet the day. The en-suite bath BA2) master full bath has a walk-in shower and a granite counter top with single sink.
To the left of the stairs is the living, dining and kitchen area, a beautiful open concept plan. The living consists of a sofa and two loveseats, TV with WiFi and cable. The dining area has a large table that will comfortably seat 6, there are 4 additional barstools at the bar area in the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need from all stainless-steel appliances to a crockpot. A Keurig coffee pot for all you coffee lovers.

Carpe Beachbum is beautifully decorated throughout with beach hues of blues, tans, greens and a hint of orange and mint here and there, it will make you feel relaxed and refreshed…
