Blue Space is a new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhome adorned with island and marine life decor in calming shades of blue and green, located right in the heart of Port A and within walking distance to the beach. The resort-style shared pool is heated in the winter months, complete with a slide, Palapas and BBQ area. This is the perfect place to round out a day of shopping or to unwind from fun at the beach. The bottom level of this home offers a half bath, kitchen and living room. The full-size kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to meet your culinary needs. Gather for a meal at the dining table for four with additional seating of three stools at the breakfast bar.  The living room is furnished with a wall-mounted TV with cable, Wi-Fi, Queen size sleeper sofa and a matching armchair with plush pillows, all made for lounging. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio provided with outdoor seating or grill up the day's catch on the charcoal grill.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a Loft area, washer and dryer. The Master bedroom (BR1) contains a King size bed, nightstands, clothing and luggage racks for your beach attire, a wall-mounted TV and a matching chair with an ottoman to curl up and read a book. The en-suite bathroom is comprised of a quartz countertop vanity and a tub/shower. Take time out to relax on the private balcony in the ocean breeze. The Guest bedroom (BR2) consists of a Queen size bed, nightstands, closet, luggage rack and a wall-mounted TV. The upstairs Loft area is outfitted with a built-in bunk bed with three Twins and a TV.  The guest bedroom and Loft share a hall bath with quartz countertops and a stand-alone shower with a bench. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hall for use during your stay.  This gorgeous townhome is the ultimate spot for a family vacation, conveniently located  0.4 miles to the beach and 0.7 miles to shops, restaurants and nightlife.
