AH-K239: Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo With Bay View, Shared Pool, Pet FriendlyCome enjoy your stay in Port A in this newly remodeled second-floor condo with beach décor carried throughout. Entertain and relax in the living room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two accent chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for six for freshly prepared meals or a friendly game of cards. Show off your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio and watch the ships pass by in the bay. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, and a closet for your beach attire. It has access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, TV, nightstands, and chest for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet at the end of the hall. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the comforter in the master bedroom was too thick and hot. Maybe have a quilt for the summer!

Very clean, nicely furnished, & great location! One minor thing, that was more funny than anything...couldn't find the K on the building, hard to see at night and really don't need it because the numbers can be seen great!!

We loved staying on the bay side of Port A this time! It was lovely and so easy to get everywhere, especially the beach. The condo is great--clean, bright, and spacious for just the three of us. Surprisingly, we became fond of the ferry view (and horns!) It was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Aransas Harbors and the convenient location. This completely remodeled condo was nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was close and there was a nice area to sit and grills for cooking. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals made it very easy to get access information and anything else we needed. The condo is locating in the heart of town so it was close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Nice and quiet,our dogs had fun. We relaxed. One remote for both TV's was a little annoying. We actually had 3 remotes but only one worked with the TV's but otherwise it was a great stay. Will probably use them again
