The living room is comprised of an overstuffed couch (Queen sofa sleeper) and two accent chairs, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four.  Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze.  For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Take in the master suite which has a King size bed, nightstands, closet, dresser for your beach attire and wall-mounted TV. The full bathroom has a large vanity area with sink and tub/shower that can be accessed by both the bedroom and kitchen area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3 mile drive to the beach.
