Book your next getaway at this newly constructed, first-floor condo located near the front of the complex. It's a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub and grilling area. The Tipsy Turtle has an open floor plan, accommodating and intimate for a couple to stay with coastal chic decor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of a recliner and a large modern couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wifi. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four.  There is additional bench seating at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze. Venture in the master suite which contains a new King size bed, bench at the foot of the bed, nightstands, closet, dresser for your beach attire and wall-mounted TV.  The full en-suite bathroom holds a large vanity area with a sink separated from the tub/shower.  The bathroom can be accessed by both the bedroom and kitchen area. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer stacked off of the kitchen area, near the bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
