Book your next vacation getaway at Shell We Dance. This newly remodeled second-floor condo has a view of the shared pool, hot tub and grilling area from the balcony, kitchen and living room. This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pantry, regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. The dining table is accommodating for six guests with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The living room boasts an overstuffed couch and loveseat, made for relaxing with a TV, cable and Wifi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) contains 2 Twin size beds, nightstands, chest, TV and closet. The hall bath is equipped with a vanity and a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen size bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV and chest. The en-suite bathroom provides a large vanity separate from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room at the end of the hall with an iron and ironing board. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
