AH-H229:The Sand Dollar: Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Overlooking Pool and Hot Tub
Book your next vacation getaway at The Sand Dollar condo. This newly remodeled second-floor condo has a view of the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area from the balcony, kitchen, and living room. This home is decorated throughout with a neutral color pallet of the ocean and sand. The full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare freshly cooked meals with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. The large dining table is accommodating for six guests with four chairs and a bench. There are three stools at the bar for additional seating. The living room has two large, overstuffed couches, one is a Queen sleeper sofa, made for relaxing with a TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony in the bay breeze. Back inside, the guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and closet. The hall bath has a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV, and an accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The ensuite bathroom has a tile stand-alone shower with a glass enclosure. The full-size washer and dryer are located at the end of the hall for your convenience. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

We loved our place! It's just a short drive to the shops and restaurants, and close to the beach. The pool was great, my kids had so much fun! The place was super clean

We enjoyed our stay in The Sand Dollar at Aransas Harbors. The unit is nicely equipped and the the furniture is comfortable. The sheets on the king sized bed are the wrong size, not deep enough for the mattress and pop off the corners all the time. That is annoying. We found the steps pretty slick when wet.

Condo/Apartment was really nice. Location is good. Had a maintenance issue with AC and bedroom TV- management addressed quickly and resolved in a very timely manner. Only issue with this rental was delay in document completion and communication prior to arrival as compared to other rentals that we have done before; however, once received, process was seamless. Suggestions for updates: smart TV, and a good paring knife in the kitchen. Enjoyed our stay here- would definitely stay here again!
