This newly remodeled, ground-floor condo has an open floor plan overlooking the shared pool/hot tub, which is just steps away from the back door. Entertain in the open living room with a plush couch that converts to a sofa sleeper and a loveseat, both made for relaxing, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 4. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee off of the back patio which has a view of the shared pool and grilling area. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and chest. The guest hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is at the end of the hall for your convenience. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hallway. It has a Queen-sized bed, dresser, TV, nightstands and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and a separate spacious vanity area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Our stay was wonderful the unit was perfect . It was very homey & clean . And the property is very well taken care of . I did notice however the coffee table hadn't been dusted / the pull out sofa hadn't been vacuumed & 1 of the restrooms needed a quick sweeping/ dusting ( I did notice a hair or 2 in there) . But our stay was overall excellent . We definitely will be coming back

Great location in the complex, easy access to parking and the pool. Unit was very clean, and the AC worked very well. We will return to Aransas Harbors and unit 130. Life in Paradise crew was easy to work with and very helpful.

This apartment was right next to the pool, so it was so nice to be able to walk our kids right out to the pool a few times the day we played at the pool! The rooms are large and fit pack n plays perfectly! We will stay here again when we come back next year!

Rooms are new and well decorated. Appliances are all Samsung brand. Easy access to pool and BBQ. Also close to entrance. Enough storage and closets and cabinets. Two TV are very helpful for family with more than one TV-occupier. The only thing not so satisfying is the apartment office lady (nothing to do with Life in Paradise). She is very strict on which car can park on which lot (even visitor lot), and she scolds people like you're a kid, very unfriendly.

Loved the condo we stayed in, it had plenty of room, very beautiful and clean, only small problem was that WIFI was not working. Other than that it was very nice.
