AH-G126:The Flamingo: Remodeled First Floor Condo, Shared Pool & Hot Tub, Near Marina, Pet Friendly
Book your next stay at this newly remodeled first-floor, 2-bedroom condo in town near the Marina. The Flamingo is decorated with an oceanic theme of birds, coral, tortoise, and modern touches throughout. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The adjacent dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. Two stools are at the bar for additional seating. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch that makes a queen sleeper sofa, a loveseat with plush pillows, and an accent chair, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio while watching the ships pass through the channel. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet, and TV. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
Aransas Harbors Amenity Access and Important Information:
- 4-Seat Cart Included, for the entire stay, SHORT TERM RENTALS ONLY, Subject to a $10 fuel charge.

This place was absolutely amazing. Well maintained and furnished. Swimming pool on premises which we didn’t use because we came mainly for the beach. That being said, the room comes with a golf cart along with the beach permit so you don’t have to worry about that which is nice. This was our first trip there in which we stayed over for a couple of nights. Now that we know the in and outs we will be back hopefully with our children and grandchildren. Our place was just a few minutes from the beach front. Everything about our trip was so easy. For a great beach experience I highly recommend this place.

This is such a perfect place to stay. The Flamingo was quiet, extremely clean and spacious. It came with a golf cart that was provided by Port a beach buggies, and they were a pleasure to deal with. This is the 3rd time I have booked with Life in Paradise and could not be happier with the service and accommodations Hassle, free, wonderful, customer service, and everything is exactly as described. I have stayed in other condos at this location and it was just wonderful. In fact, I am in the process of booking to return in August. Stay here or at any of these condos. This was our first visit to Port Aransas, and we had a wonderful time staying at Aransas Harbors in the Flamingo. It was clean, neat, andmet our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed the included golf cart!

The condo was excellent!!! It was in a great location and the 6 seat golf cart that came with the condo was a life saver when going to the beach. My only recommendation was to upgrade the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. The can opener didn't work and couldn't open what we needed to prepare for our dinner. Other than that it felt like home away from home. I would recommend this location to anyone.

House overall was very nice and we loved that it came with a 6 seater golf cart. A couple of issues we found: a piece of broken glass in the couch, stains on the sheets in the master, and floor needed a better cleaning. The queen bed was also way more comfortable than the king. The bed or mattress seemed wonky. But for location and value we would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a weekend and mostly just needed a place to sleep. The unit we stayed in was new and very clean. The location was good, the area was quiet, and communication with property managers was mostly good. The only problem we had was that there were no sheets for the sofa bed. We notified management after the first night, but never did get a response. We used extra blankets on the sofa bed and survived the weekend just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo! Very clean and in a great location! Beds were comfy and so was the couch! Only thing I needed was an iron and ironing board and a measuring cup! We will stay here again!!!!
