AH-F223:A Peace of Paradise: New 2nd Floor Condo, Close to Pool / Hot Tub, Near Marina & Ferry A Peace of Paradise is a new, second-floor condo located in the back of the complex, across from the shared pool/hot tub area. This home has a back stairwell entry. Catch glimpses of ships on the back balcony as they move through the channel. This home is decorated in bright, captivating, treasures with a coastal theme carried throughout. Gather in the open living room with ample seating for guests such as a plush sofa, matching armchair/ ottoman, and a teardrop chair while watching TV with cable and WIFI. The modern kitchen is perfect for practicing your culinary skills with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, a pantry, a Flex brew coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the wooden high-top dining table with seating for four. There is additional seating for two with comfortable high-back stools at the adjacent bar. The guest bedroom (BR1) can be partitioned off with a wide, unique sliding door to rest on the Queen bed or watch TV. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstands, chest, closet and TV. The master also has private access to the shared bathroom with a sliding door. This bathroom contains double vanities with granite countertops which are separate from the stand-alone tiled shower with a glass door.  For your convenience, the washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet in this bathroom which can be accessed by both the living room and the master bedroom. The Marina, Roberts Park, and the Ferry are within walking distance to fish or watch the dolphins. Shops, nightlife, and restaurants are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

This condo was adorable, spacious, and right in the middle of all of the Port A action. The decor was unique and lovely, and the amenities were great—from full washer and dryer to Keurig coffeemaker. We took advantage of the beach gear delivery service, and found all of our gear waiting for us when we arrived. Loved this place! We will definitely be back!!

We found our unit to be in a wonderful location for our Port A stay. It was nicely decorated with a personalized touch, and was very clean. The kitchen was furnished fully and the beds were so comfortable. The life in Paradise staff was pleasant and helpful answering any questions we had. Definitely would recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay , however the first day we had no hot water. They were super quick to address the issue but couldn't fix it due to not having a valve on hand. A plumber was called and fixed it but was not available till 3 pm. We were given a pass code to another unit to shower. It did take up a good part of the first day of our stay but we appreciate not having to completely relocate, especially with dogs and kennels. We will be staying agian .

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are close by. Beach is about 5 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay here. We have stayed at Aransas Harbors quite a few times now and have always had a pleasant stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only downside was the trash was not taken out prior to our stay and the bedspreads were dirty or stained. Other than that, we had a great time and plan to be back.

Love Port Aransas, it is a great place to visit. Condo is close to restaurants and shopping, beach is just a couple miles away.
