AH-F122: Newly Remodeled Condo, Ground Floor, Close to the PoolThis newly remodeled, first-floor condo is located in the back of the complex, right across from the shared pool/hot tub. The back entrance leads to an open and inviting living and kitchen area. The living room has ample seating for gathering guests with an overstuffed sofa, two matching rocker recliners, TV, cable, and WIFI. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for preparing fresh meals. Sit down to eat at the dining table with seating for four. The guest room (BR1) contains a Full bed, chest, closet, nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom (BR2) is comprised of a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, chest, closet, and TV. The shared bathroom at the end of the hall is made up of double vanities separate from the tub/shower unit so everyone has space to get ready. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet inside the bathroom for use during your stay. Take advantage of the charcoal grills for quick hot dogs, cooling off in the shared pool, or unwinding in the hot tub. The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are 0.5 miles away and it is a quick 1.3 miles to the beach.

The place was very clean, and location was close to everything. The place had everything you needed. We really had a relaxing weekend and felt really comfortable in this Newly remodeled condo. Will definitely be back!

Overall nice place. Had few things wrong. Washer was hooked up backwards. Shower water is hooked up backwards, not per code. Dishwasher not probably installed. Had water leak from upstairs in the middle of our dinning room. Had to pull hair out of the drains, so they would drain correctly. Smoke detectors kept going off. But, furniture was very comfortable. Beds were very good. Nice appliances. Nice TV's with cable was nice. I'm sure rebuild from hurricane was fault of defects. Office personel were nice and helpful. The maintenance man that came because of the water coming out of the ceiling was nice, but had bad alcohol breath. Probably why they didn't answer the after hrs emergency call I made to them.I probably would look at them again the next time we come down, but probably not that condo.

We were very pleased with our place. They could use some tupperware to store left over food, and large cutting board, and small pitcher to make lemonade etc. Other than that it had everything we needed.

We loved the pool, and how comfy and absolutely welcoming the space was. The condo was also close to everything so we didn’t have to go very far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Port Aransas and the Aransas Harbors condo! Seamless renting, check in and check out. Spacious condo well stocked. This was our second time here and we would definitely go back.
The condo we were at was furnished with new contemporary furnishings and reminded me I'm at the beach constantly. The kitchen was a little small but furnished with everything we needed. Although we were at a unit that faced unsightly storage units, it was compensated that we were on the first floor and able to take our dogs out easily. Oh, and it was pet friendly! Great stay and great value.
