AH-F120: Casita Carolina is a Newly Remodeled Bottom Floor Condo, Shared Pool /Hot Tub
Book your next vacation at this newly remodeled nautical getaway first-floor condo which sits across the street from the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Aransas Harbors is located close to downtown. The Civic Center, City marina, Roberts Point Park, restaurants, and a day spa are within walking distance, and the beach and Birding Center are both short drives away.
The condo has unique, original artwork throughout, depicting ocean and boat themes. The open living room has a Queen sofa/bed, recliner, accent chair, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi, great for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy meals or a game of cards at the dining table for four. There are two stools at the bar for additional seating. Try out your cooking skills in the full kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio in the Gulf breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, closet, and chest for your beach attire. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen bed, dresser, closet, nightstands, wall-mount TV, and an accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The shared bathroom has a combination tub/shower, double vanities, and a closet with a full-size washer and dryer. The bathroom can be accessed by both the hallway and the master bedroom. The unit is named for the former owner, my mother, and the eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture reflects her style.

We had a great weekend in Casita Carolina. We had everything we needed and more. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after spending the day at the beach. It was always very clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in Port A.

We had a wonderful break from the real world! We had everything we needed at condo and we were right where we wanted to be next to restaurants and easy cruise to the beach! We will absolutely be coming back! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!!

We enjoyed the stay and will return. However 3 things were not so good. There were 5 adults and 5 or 6 kids staying in the condo above us which led to a lot of noise overhead. The handle came off the freezer, I would have fixed it but didn't have an allen wrench. The ice maker doesn't do much, but not many of them do. I know you can't control the people who actually stay there, I'm sure they were not truthful when they made reservations but that was way too many people staying above us. Nice place, thank you.

We liked the location. Everything is a straight shot away including getting there and leaving on the ferry, just around the corner. The check in and check out were remote. We were given the electronic entrance code for the door and info on the internet and everything else was ready for us. We actually never saw the proprietors but did exchange communication during the stay. There was one problem that received quick attention and good follow up. The only criticism is one of architecture. The single bathroom had a kind of hanging door on it so that there was not much privacy. In our situation (husband and wife) it was OK but I'd not like to be in the place with another couple. No idea about the rest of the units but something to be aware of. Otherwise the place was outstanding.

Casita Carolina was the perfect place for our family get away! Everything was very clean. Even though we barely used the kitchen, it was very well stocked. The management company was great at keep us updated on arrival information, etc. We will definitely look at renting this and/or other properties from this company.
