AH-D213:Happy Place is a Newly Remodeled Second Floor Condo, Near the Community Pool, Hot Tub, Grill area, and Marina, Pet Friendly Book your next stay at this newly remodeled second-floor condo near the shared pool and hot tub area. The living area comprises a beautiful new reclining sofa with a matching loveseat. Perfect for napping, or watching the new 65" TV. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for 6 to enjoy freshly cooked meals or a friendly game of cards and an additional two barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of granite counter space for prepping, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for your culinary needs. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze.
The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin bed, Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, and TV. The hallway bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity and a tub/shower. Relax in the spacious master bedroom (BR2) outfitted with a king-size bed, TV, nightstand, closet, and corner chair for curling up and reading a book. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk chair. The ensuite bathroom holds a tub/shower, separate from the vanity area. Neatly tucked away at the end of the hallway is the full-size washer and dryer, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. Aransas Harbors Amenity Access and Important Information:

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and easy access to everything. Close to the ferry, gas station, San Juan's which we ate for breakfast everyday (cheap too) and the Beach Buggies golf cart we rented. The grocery store and shops are all close and the beach is a little over a mile down the street. We will be back a we will rent here again!!

Very clean, updated condo. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook at the house, which made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the movie collection and board games that were available! Would stay there time and time again!

Check in was easy. Condo was clean and simply decorated. With 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Aransas Harbors was beautiful and quiet. Pool & hot tub clean. We will be back!

Super cute, clean unit about 1.2 miles from the beach. It's located in the back of the property so it's tranquil. Pool is directly across the front door. Unit kitchen is well stocked. Living room is comfortable. We will stay here again.
