The living area comprises a beautiful new reclining sofa with a matching loveseat. Perfect for napping, or watching the new 65" T.V. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for 6 to enjoy freshly cooked meals or a friendly game of cards and an additional two barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of granite counter space for prepping, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for your culinary needs. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the ocean breeze.
The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Twin bed, Twin over Full bunk bed, closet, and T.V. The hallway bathroom is comprised of a granite vanity and a tub/shower. Relax in the spacious master bedroom (BR2) outfitted with a king-size bed, T.V., nightstand, closet, and corner chair for curling up and reading a book. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk chair. The ensuite bathroom holds a tub/shower, separate from the vanity area. Neatly tucked away at the end of the hallway is the full-size washer and dryer, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
