AH-D113: Newly Remodeled First Floor Condo, Near Shared Community Pool, Pet Friendly This newly remodeled first-floor condo is within walking distance of the shared pool and hot tub. The large open living area has a plush, red couch (Queen sleeper sofa), loveseat, and oversized tan chair (Twin sleeper chair) for relaxing and watching TV. The adjacent, modern dining table has seating for 4 to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There are two stools at the bar for additional seating. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) is decorated in a Nautical theme with a Twin and Queen-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath has a tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom in neutral colors (BR2) which has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, wall wall-mounted TV, a closet, and a sitting area for reading with two accent chairs and a bench. The ensuite bath has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. Aransas Harbors Amenity Access and Important Information:- Large, shared pool & hot tub

This unit is very family friendly. Very clean and stocked well for cooking basic meals and having table ware for a family of 6-8. It is beautifully decorated in a costal theme with a very large primary suit to get away and relax and read in the evenings. The T.V. situation is also great for a family. There is a wonderful back yard area to run and take in the sea air. We have visited here multiple times and love it. The grill and pool area are amazing as well. HIGHLY RECOMMMEND

Unit was very clean, comfortable furniture and beds, and plenty of towels and extra blankets provided. The back porch wasn't inviting as described and was attacked by swarms of mosquitoes. Front entrance wasn't too bad with mosquitoes. Other than mosquitoes, our stay was comfortable and awesome!

We loved staying in Aransas Harbors!! It is a quiet condo setting with everybody being respectful and friendly. Life in Paradise manages these condos and is very friendly and easy to get along with. We are so happy, that we have our same condo, rented for the next season.

A very pretty place. Ni ce, safe area.It was clean, furnished nicely with everything needed for your stay (except iron/,ironing board). It's close to the beach, restaurants & shopping areas. I would stay here again.

House was clean, well maintained and beach was easy to get to. Pool and amenities were very nice. Golf cart rental was an easy pick up and turn in. Kid friendly, would definitely return for a second stay.

Really nice condo. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. Pool and patio area are great for kids. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items - coffee pots, bowls, pots, ect. Clean too! We had a great time!
